From early in my real estate career, I made a commitment to always strive to put my clients concerns and needs above all else. I bring a deep sense of responsibility to my role as a Union County Realtor. My specialty is in working with residential home sellers. I has built a loyal following since I started in real estate over 22 years ago by never taking a client for granted. I have often said, and firmly believe, “When a seller entrusts me with the sale of their home, I take that responsibility very seriously.”
From before the home is listed on the market, until the close of title, I assists homeowners every step of the way by providing guidance and advice so they fully understand the selling process. Starting with offering options of what repairs and updates to make before the home is listed, to staging advice, negotiating offers, coordinating inspections and the closing, my guidance has proven invaluable to sellers through the years. My long distance clients appreciate my use of technology to stay in contact and provide vital information via email, text, and online.
With more than 90% of buyers starting their home search on the internet, eye catching photos and detailed descriptions, among other things, can help your home stand out above the rest. I take special pride in my customized marketing plans, which include multiple photos, virtual tours, property websites, exposure of my listings on multiple real estate websites, and much more. When homeowners are preparing to sell, I welcome the opportunity to meet with them to show them how I can market their property, as well as provide them with a comprehensive market analysis to establish a competitive list price for the property based on current market trends.
Before becoming a Realtor, my last career was in the retail industry where I worked for over 16 years for the same company, working my way up in sales, management, and marketing. My past sales and marketing experience, combined with my commitment to ongoing training and personal development, help me stay ahead of the curve and keep my professional skills sharp.
Born and raised in Essex County, I made the move to Union County after my marriage in 1994, and have been living there ever since with my wife and two children, and most recently our dog Chloe. My special interests include home improvement projects, and football.
